Wedding Weekend

Saturday, October 17th

All Day:

  • Every weekend in October is Oktoberfest in Hermann! Travel around town and enjoy good food, wine, beer, and music.

  • One of the best ways to get around Hermann is on the Historic Hermann Trolley. It will take you to a wide variety of wineries and distilleries in the Hermann area including Stone Hill, Hermannhof, Fernweh, and Black Shire. The Trolley cost $25 cash or $30 card for an all day hop-on-hop-off pass. For more information, visit their website.

4:30pm - 8pm: Welcome Dance (Open to Everyone!)

  • Location - Historic Hermann Rotunda

  • Join us for a few hours of live jazz music and dancing as we kick off the wedding weekend with Ken Cebrian’s Quartet!

  • Band Leader Ken Cebrian’s Quartet will be playing from

  • There will be a brief introductory dance lesson taught by River City Swing Out at 4:30pm with live music beginning at 5:00pm and going until 8:00pm.

  • Light refreshments and a few kegs provided. There are grills if anyone wishes to BBQ.

  • There is no pressure to dance; come hang out, chat, and enjoy a fun and relaxing evening.

Sunday, October 18th

4:15pm:

  • First shuttle run from downtown Hermann to Little Piney.

  • Shuttle pickup location — Outside the Vinchester Inn on 129 E 3rd St, Hermann, MO 65041

4:45pm:

  • Second shuttle run from downtown Hermann to Little Piney.

  • Shuttle pickup location — Outside the Vinchester Inn on 129 E 3rd St, Hermann, MO 65041

5:15pm:

  • Open bar service begins.

5:30pm:

  • Ceremony begins.

6:00pm:

  • Reception begins. Dinner is served buffet style.

  • Dinner is being catered by Sugarfire BBQ and will consist of pulled chicken and pulled pork with sides of mac n’ cheese, baked beans, garlic green beans, and salad. The vegetarian option will be smoked Portobello mushrooms and vegetable kebabs.

  • We’ll have a variety of desserts available for all-night snacking — cake and cupcakes in four different flavor combinations and s’mores for the fire pits will ensure you sweet tooth is satiated all night long!

7:00pm:

  • First Dance/Dancing begins.

10:15pm:

  • Reception ends.

10:30pm:

  • First shuttle run from Little Piney back to Hermann.

11:00pm:
