Wedding Weekend

Saturday, October 17th

All Day:

  • Every weekend in October is Oktoberfest in Hermann! Travel around town and enjoy good food, wine, beer, and music.

  • One of the best ways to get around Hermann is on the Historic Hermann Trolley. It will take you to a wide variety of wineries and distilleries in the Hermann area including Stone Hill, Hermannhof, Fernweh, and Black Shire. The Trolley cost $25 cash or $30 card for an all day hop-on-hop-off pass. For more information, visit their website.

5pm - 11pm:

Sunday, October 18th

4:00pm:

  • First shuttle run from downtown Hermann to Little Piney.

  • Shuttle pickup location — Outside the Harbor Haus Inn & Suites on 113 Market St, Hermann, MO 65041

4:30pm:

  • Second shuttle run from downtown Hermann to Little Piney.

  • Shuttle pickup location — Outside the Harbor Haus Inn & Suites on 113 Market St, Hermann, MO 65041

5:15pm:

  • Open bar service begins.

5:30pm:

  • Ceremony begins.

6:00pm:

  • Reception begins. Dinner is served buffet style.

  • Dinner is being catered by Sugarfire BBQ and will consist of pulled chicken and pulled pork with sides of mac n’ cheese, baked beans, garlic green beans, and salad. The vegetarian option will be smoked Portobello mushrooms and vegetable kebabs.

  • We’ll have a variety of desserts available for all-night snacking. A two=tier cake with one layer of carrot cake with cream cheese and another layer of pumpkin spice cake and espresso buttercream. We’ll have a variety of cupcakes with flavors combinations of chocolate and peanut butter buttercream, lemon and lemon curd, and red velvet and cream cheese. A variety of pies will include apple butter pumpkin with pecan streusel, sweet potato with pecan streusel, pumpkin with pie crust leaves, gooey butter cake pie, eggnog cream custard pie, and strawberry rhubarb pie. Fire pits stocked with abundant s’mores supplies will be abound. Perhaps a home-baked good or two if the bride finds the time. The point is, you certainly won’t be want for a sweet treat.

7:00pm:

  • First Dance/Dancing begins.

10:15pm:

  • Reception ends.

10:30pm:

  • First shuttle run from Little Piney back to Hermann.

11:00pm:

  • Final shuttle run from Little Piney back to Hermann.
